2024 ICDA Results
We are delighted to announce our recent success at this year's International Cheese and Dairy Awards. Our luxury Jersey butter was crowned the best, with judges praising its "well-rounded flavour and delightful mouthfeel."
Additionally, many flavours of our cottage cheese received gold awards with our pineapple cottage cheese achieving gold in two categories, impressing judges with its creaminess and well-balanced flavour. Our Yorkshire cream cheese also secured gold in two categories, with judges commending its "pleasant texture, creaminess, and a hint of lemon." In the cream category, our whipping cream won the gold prize for its "clean, fresh flavour and rich body."
Our fat-free natural cottage cheese also stood out in a class dominated by hard cheeses, taking first place in the low-fat cheese category. Judges described it as "a wonderful cottage cheese with excellent texture, creamy consistency, and a perfect hint of acidity."
We also took home several silver and bronze awards with our crème fraiche, single cream and various yogurts winning silver in their classes. Our buttermilk, double cream and other varieties of yogurts also won bronze awards.
