Tzatziki Dip
A delightful yogurt dip recipe from Greece. Ideal for dipping bread or crisps. Experience our garlic flatbread recipe for a perfect pairing.
INGREDIENTS:
- Half of a Cucumber (180g)
- 210g of Longley Farm’s Greek Style Yogurt
- 1tsp of Minced Garlic
- 2 Sprigs of Fresh Dill
- 1 Sprig of Fresh Mint
- 1tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Seasoning
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Peel the cucumber to remove the skin and chop off the ends
- Grate the remaining cucumber and sprinkle with salt, set aside for 10 minutes
- Using a cheesecloth or a tea towel squeeze the remaining water out of the grated cucumber
- Chop up the fresh herbs
- Add all of the ingredients into a bowl apart from the olive oil and season to taste
- Set aside in the fridge for 30 minutes to allow the flavours to infuse
- Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil
