Garlic & Parsley Flatbread

INGREDIENTS:
Flat Bread
- 240g of Longley Farm Greek Style Yogurt
- 230g of Gluten Free Self-Raising Flour (works with normal self-raising flour)
- 1tsp of Xanthan Gum (if using gluten-free flour)
- 1tsp of Baking Powder
Toppings
- 50g of Longley Farm’s Melted Butter
- 1tbsp of Minced Garlic
- Handful of Fresh Parsley
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl
- Add in the Greek Yogurt to form a light dough
- Dust flour onto the work surface and separate the dough into roughly four 110g balls
- Shape each ball into flatbread shapes until 3mm thick.
- Heat a frying pan to medium heat
- Gently transfer each flatbread into the dry frying pan and press down
- Once air bubbles form, flip the bread onto the other side and cook for 1 minute
- Cook the remaining shaped dough, storing the cooked bread underneath a tea towel to prevent it from drying out.
- Mix the topping ingredients into a bowl and spread across the warm flatbreads
- Serve and enjoy
