Lemon and Ginger Biscuit Roll
A gingery biscuit centre coated with our delicious Crème Fraîche Lemon & Ginger.
INGREDIENTS:

2 x 125g pots of Longley Farm Crème Fraîche Lemon & Ginger

1 packet of ginger biscuits (supermarket own brand works best)

Orange Juice and Cointreau

Crystallised Stem Ginger to decorate
METHOD:
Whip up the Crème Fraîche with Lemon & Ginger.
Pour a mixture of Cointreau and orange juice into a bowl (adjust the quantities depending on how boozy you like it!)
Dip each biscuit in the liquid and then stick them together face to face, as they were in the packet, starting with the centre of the row and moving outwards on either side.
Once you have used the whole packet, coat the biscuits with the Crème Fraiche.
Decorate the top with crystallised stem ginger.
