Buttermilk Fruit Cooler
A guilt-free milkshake alternative, this refreshing and healthy drink is adaptable and really easy to make.
INGREDIENTS:

Fruit of your choice (we recommend banana or strawberry)

Icing sugar
METHOD:
Blend together the buttermilk with the fruit of your choice. Banana and strawberry work really well but you can be imaginative and go for whatever combination you like. If you're health conscious, keep it simple and leave it at that for a low fat, refreshing drink.
If you've got a bit of a sweet tooth, add icing sugar to taste and if you're feeling really indulgent add a dollop of Double cream for extra creaminess.
