  • Our Crème fraîche is made with pasteurised cows' milk to which a culture is added, this thickens the cream to give a distinctive sharp flavour. Crème fraîche is an excellent cream for cooking, especially rich savoury sauces and soups, because it does not curdle when heated. It can also be served as an alternative to cream with fresh fruits or desserts.

Simply the Best!

This is genuinely the best Cream Cheese I have ever tasted. Difficult to get as I am north of the border and usually buy a few when I am in Cumbria, but I always stock up when I can. Delighted to see that M&S are now stocking a few Longley products, including butter and cream, and in their push to stock more products from British Farmers, lets hope they expand their range to include this also.

Savoury and sweet, rich and creamy

Just made scrambled eggs and added this, wonderfully creamy and smooth. Followed by fresh fruit salad with more. Just right, faintly caramel background but with a sharp finish. Well done for making a delicious and versatile product.

Thank you to all at Langley Farm....the nicest Crème Fraîche I've had!
I used it in a watercress sauce over poached salmon......sublime!🥰
