I buy this cream whenever I see it. It is just the best cream you can buy. It is thick and yellow, pours and coats well, even when unwhipped. It has a special taste and consistency, and ordinary double cream seems white and insipid by comparison. There is no doubt that Jersey Cattle produce the best quality milk and cream. This particular cream is exceptional!

Really luxurious, taste is great and makes a perfect finishing touch straight out of the pot.

I've drunk and used only Jersey milk all my life and can't imagine why anyone would use any other. This cream is fabulous and it makes ice-cream completely unlike any other, although the extra rich will set/freeze totally solid if used without diluting a bit with standard double cream - it will thaw to a mousse rather than liquid.Unbeleiveable used to make chocolate ice-cream.
