A guilt-free milkshake alternative, this refreshing and healthy drink is adaptable and really easy to make.
According to our Technical Manager (a native Guern) this is known locally as Guernsey Gâche (pronounced gosh). We use Jersey Buttermilk rather than Guernsey which we think makes it taste even more delicious!
This was found in an old handwritten recipe book as nothing more than a list of ingredients, so the method is a bit of experiment but we think the results are devilishly delicious!
